Millennial Potash plans a larger start for its Banio project in Gabon
Millennial Potash is targeting financial close in August or September 2027 and construction from late 2027 at its Banio potash project, and may start at 1 to 1.2 million tonnes a year instead of the planned 800,000. The US International Development Finance Corporation has committed $3 million to the feasibility study. First production would follow around 2029 or 2030.
