The Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA) issued 182 new investment licences in the third quarter of 2026, with projected investment of US$2.61 billion, up 64.1% in value on the second quarter. Manufacturing and mining made up 87.6% of projected investment. Verified inflows from projects licensed between January 2022 and September 2026 reached US$1.95 billion.
Why it matters
